So my daughter is 5 months old and I'm sexually active with my boyfriend just Everyone knows.

But I woke up today so nauseated, cramping to where I can barely get up, and my boobs hurt like pure hell and so heavy. I never had my boobs hurt when I was pregnant with my daughter so I don't know what's going on. Like if it could be because I'm ovulating in 1 day or I could be pregnant again. Im so confused and I feel like pure death right now

If anyone has ever gone through this or has symptoms that had during their second pregnancy before they found out could you please comment below
