Epidurals and claustrophobia
Any moms out there have claustrophobia but got the epidural and were okay?
I'm really claustrophobic. If I can't move a part of my body I freak out. A numb mouth from dental work is no problem but the idea of being numb from the waist down terrifies me.
Also, can you tell how hard you are pushing?
