I know this sounds dumb but switching from First Response Ovulation kit to cheaper Wondfo ones off amazon reduced my stress a lot, felt like I had to time testing right so I didn’t have to keep buying the expensive ones and it was really stressful. Secondly, both times I conceived (first was mc) I used preseed and added 300mg fish oil to my daily vitamins (prenatal, 300mg fish oil, 50mg vitamin D).

I did soft cups and preseed. Granted I’m in same sex relationship, but that’s the way we decided to go about it and it worked first cycle.
