Bad reaction help

Just one day after using the Mustela face cleanser my bud skin got clear!
This thing is magic !
My son face took turn for the worse and got red it’s been a week instead of what I thought was acne get better it actually got worse!
I had only washed it and put aquaphor on it but I won’t even do that anymore !
Should I call my pediatrician!
It looks like a reaction to something bad
What should I do !!?
