I was put on Provera after AF was missing for about 7/8 months. Once it induced my flow I took Clomid 3-7

That was in April

In may my flow came on by it self for 5 days but I wasn't able to get my Clomid cause pharmacy had it in stock at the moment and we all know AF doesn't wait for no one so I didn't sweat it and didn't take the Clomid..Now it's June and I have another app kinda similar to this one this app told me the 13th my period was post to come and the other app said today my flow will start. ...so I'm like 5 days late on one app and 1 day late on another..doctor did say I ovulated when I went for my cd21 bloodwork and my next dose will be 150mg instead of the 50mg...so is it possible for the Clomid of still had of been in my system and Here it is 2 month later ...can I be pregnant now...how long does the meds stay in your system. Including the provera...like am I late or do I need to induce it again ...I'm so lost..
