How often do you exercise?

I try to exercise as much as I can, I just don't have the motivation. Any tips??

Used to. I don't exercise, I have no time or energy for it. Which is not good, I have to find a way.

Start off slow and u have to incorporate it into your life I use to love working out and challenging myself but then I got lazy and made up excuses and now I'm finally back to working out everyday if it is part of ur daily schedule then u will make time not excuses

Honestly my motivation just wasn't there. Atttt all. It was a decision. A commitment. It has since turned into a challenge which I think is one step closer to being motivated or loving working out. I didn't enjoy squeezing it in at first but I now make time for it every day because if I don't change to a more active lifestyle now - when will I? Pick a small commitment time frame and stick to it. No matter what. And grow off that.  :) hope it helps.
