Backstory:

My cousin is 14 years old and the man is 23 years old. They knew each other through social activities and he hit her up so they talked for a while before this. The harassment was a couple of months ago and they currently don’t talk. He called on her to come into the room and closed the door then told her to give him a kiss as a birthday present for his birthday that just passed. She refused and told him I don’t want to but he held her and kissed her. She was shocked and didn’t know how to act but to go home. She was too scared to tell anyone at the time and she kept silent because she didn’t understand what was going on or what to do. So she told me today but she requested that I don’t tell anyone nor her parents nor anyone.

Please tell me what should I do to help her? Is it my place to confront him? Should I tell her parents or my parents?
