Advice please??

27 weeks pregnant, Breast not leaking but feeling a stinging/burning pain not on outside or on nipple but more like in the tissue. Is this milk coming in or..?? Sorry, ftm and clueless!!

Milk doesnt come in until a few days after you give birth. You produce colostrum first. Personally I didnt know I was producing colostrum until I actually seen my nipple leaking. This sensation normally happens when you have a let down (once baby is here) Its normal to leak or not to leak. Your boobs could just be growing and it has extra blood flow too. This is just my personal experience.
