Red dots on my butt!!! How do I get rid of these icky spots?

Hey all, I've got some red dots right on my butt!! Looks like pimples but they seem to get worse if you try to pop them or pick at them at all. These dots are making me feel unattractive and insecure about my butt. Help! How can I get rid of these? I shower regularly and use body wash, I have been scrubbing the area lightly every time I shower but they are not going away!
