I’m getting the Nexplanon implant in early July. What is your experience with it or other birth control suggestions?

After I had my baby and finally started getting my period, every one has been so much worse than before I got pregnant. I have terrible cramps, bloating, super moody and heavy bleeding. I’m headed to the police academy at the end of July and I really don’t want to worry about these symptoms while at the academy. Like if we go for an 8 mile run, I don’t wanna worry about bleeding through my tampon ( how embarrassing would that be!!!).
