Can I give my 11 month old whole milk?

My son will be 1 on July 1st. Can I start giving him whole milk now so he will be used to it once hes 1? I want to mix it with his formula...hes on the enfamil toddler transitions for 9-18 months.

I started my little girl on an ounce a day at 11 months. She’ll be a year on July 5th and probably drinks 3-4oz a day of whole milk.

My daughter just stopped nursing out of nowhere. I had nothing in the freezer and no formula on hand. I have her 4oz of cow's milk and that's what's she's been having three times a days for two weeks now. No issues.

I didn't ask our pediatrician but when my girl turned 11mo on the 9th, I started adding an oz of cows whole milk to 3 of her formula bottles. So far so good, except she went from 1 or 2 to 3 poops a day and the extra one is usually runnier. From what I've read this is normal and I think it's getting better but I haven't increased the amount of milk yet. I'm kind of waiting to see if the runnier poops go away or not.

Yep! You can start mixing it in slowly with the formula to see how it goes now. I plan to start doing that at 11 months too!

My son drinks strictly whole milk now . He will be 1 year on the 12th of July . We got go ahead from my doctor at 11 months but he has a VERY high and healthy diet and eats a lot of solids !
