Not breastfeeding stopping milk..

I'm not breastfeeding and I had my baby 5 days ago and today my breast are huge, hot and I feel dizzy. How do I stop milk from coming in?? Tight sports bra, sage tea no hot showers?? What else can I do..if I pump them out once to feel relief will that produce more?
