He is disrespectful. What should I do?

Hi, girls Im not native english, appologise for any mistakes.

So situation!

Me and my partner we both from different countrys but we do live in UK together.

* Problem is we never go for holiday together (he says it is money wasting) , in 4 years time we been on holidays togheter just 2 times (1 it was in his country like 3 years ago) but he always go back home like 2-3 times a year for a one week, everytime he goes there some shit happens when he meets his BF (drugs, drinking, fines, car accidents, random girls, lies and a lot of shit.) And he always has enough of money for that.

(I have a kid from the first relationship but he is like a father to my boy.) But thing is when he goes and does the shit he wants with his mates I have to take care of all house, child, dog, pay bills, work and ect. And when he come backs usually has 0 money left so the next month i pay from my own pocket.

Everyone knows me from his side (friends and family) but I'm not involved at all in his life there and everytime he is with his mates he do something disrespectful and hurts my feelings. I talked with him so many times, but in the end it is my fault that he behaves like this and after conversation now he is angry at me..wtf... Drives me nuts!

What should i do in this situation?
