Hospital stay already

Larissa
Started vomiting uncontrollably with severe diarrhea, headache, dizziness and fainting episodes Wednesday night. By Thursday morning a friend found me on the living room floor, unconscious, not breathing. She called for an ambulance, got me breathing at which time I went into seizure. They got an IV in my jugular, gave me meds to stop the seizure, and got me to the hospital. My heart went irregular, I spiked a fever. They ran a boat load of tests and scans and finally came back with a severe kidney infection, so they moved me to the floor for IV antibiotics, fluids and continuous heart monitor. Urine straining came up with more than twenty kidney stones.  They said my beta HCG numbers were going up, which is great, but that it would be too early to see the baby. Three days later, as soon as I no longer had a fever, but was still vomiting, extreme diarrhea and heart palpitations the doctor came in and said I didn't have a kidney infection, or kidney stones, just a simple UTI and since he was not familiar with treating a pregnant woman, he was discharging me and to make sure I make my Tuesday appointment with my OB. My husband was with me, both when I was initially diagnosed as well as when the doctor and I discussed the kidney stones. He was there when the doctor changed his mind and sent me home. We're both baffled. Why in the world would he change his diagnosis after three days and three different doctors agreeing to that, as well as all my symptoms? Any thoughts?
