I need sleep but my cat won’t let me..

I love my furr babies don’t get me wrong, but my black cat Delilah not only scratches all my friends even if they do nothing but she also wakes me up before my alarm EVERY morning (I have it set for 6:30 and she wakes me up between 4:30-5:30) kneading me or licking me so I will get up to feed her...

My cats are very much fed they just always seem needy and want more food. Delilah also refuses dry food and only eats certain wet food.. any idea how to train her not to wake me up? I want to shut my door but then she’ll start meowing or tearing up my carpet..

Please help, would love advice!
