First time using Birth Control

So I'm taking the pill and I started taking it Friday but really early Saturday morning I threw up but I'm not sure if it is because of something I ate, or if it is because I'm getting sick (running nose and coughing). Has this happened to anyone else before or do you think it wasn't because of the pill?
