Is it safe to eat ricotta cheese while pregnant?

I want to make baked ziti for dinner with ricotta cheese. Safe or not safe.

I believe they say to stay away from it because it’s considered a soft cheese and they advice you stay away from soft cheese because they are often unpasteurized. But I guess if it says it’s pasteurized and it’s cooked it would be ok 🤷🏻‍♀️
I use the Ovia pregnancy app because it has a lot of great resource. It has a database where you can look up if medicines and foods are safe. You can also look up symptoms to see if they are normal. It is super helpful (of course always ask your doctor about medications and stuff to be sure).
