I want to switch my birth control from the pill to either the stick or the one that goes in your vagina. I’ve asked people that I know have them and they never actually give me any information other that just get this one it works great or don’t because it messes you up... basically I just wanna know which one would be best???

Also i’ve heard that it’s possible for the stick in your arm to be moved and I play a pretty physical sport at a high level so if that’s something that can happen that would be great to know too!!
