I'm ready for a change.

This is the biggest I've ever been, at 215lbs. I don't even feel like myself anymore, this feels like a shell I'm trapped in.

I used to be 140lbs, then depression took the reigns for a while.. but now, I'm ready to fight back.

I got a Planet Fitness membership, and I'm ready to take back my life and better my health so I can be around for my husband, to have children, and live a better life. My plan is to get up Monday-Friday at 3am (the only time I really have).

Does anyone have any suggestions to keep motivated and get up out of bed? It's so hard to commit but I know it will be worth it. 💪🏻I know I need to keep pushing and I'm seeking advice from you awesome people!

I want to try and lose as much as I can safely, before the end of the year.
