Tampons or pads??

Tampons can give you a desiese if in to long and pads are messy...what do we prefer..poison or mess?

Both! I use pads for the first two days so everything that need to come out does . And after the second day I use tampons and I've never caught an infection and I shared this with my dr and he said that I'm less likely to ever get an infection like this than if i used tampons from being to end . And also because I'm just way to clean when I'm on my period I use feminine wipes and wash specifically for my vagina on those days . That's just me though . Hope this helps!

If you really want to use tampons natural cotton has less risk for toxic shock.

I use pads, cheap dollar store super ones. And I also use cloth pads for when I'm spotting or can't make it to the store.

Also, women should do their research on toxic shock syndrome. It isn't as common as people think.

I used to use pads when I first started but I always felt dirty. Love tampons so much better!
