Lost my only friend!

I’ve had this friend since 5th grade! We don’t hang out a lot! Maybe twice a year if I’m lucky! About a month ago we had a stupid arguement about hanging out! Then she blocked me from everything!!! I emailed her that I was sorry and she didn’t have to block me! She replies saying how she hates how she always drives to me! She lives an hour away from me! But, when she comes I always give her gas money and pay for everything! Also, I don’t drive! I know how but I have super bad anxiety! And, I only have 1 car and my hubs needs it for work! Then she says how bad I make her feel, how stupid I make her feel! I said that was never my intention! Why didn’t you ever say anything to me?! Im a very honest person! She said she doesn’t like confrontation! Shouldn’t you be open and honest with your best friend?
