Blocked tubes

Hey

Been trying to conceive for four years now after being told a year ago i have hydrosalpinx in both tubes but they are still open as a HSG has shown but are dilated im also PCOS but i do ovulate alone. Had a lap and dye where i had a severe amount of adhesions discovered which were cleared in surgery, the dye also did go through both tubes but with significant retention. Have now been on clomid for 4 months and still no pregnancy. Has anyone else been through anything similar?
