Need to find a motivation.

I've gains about 70 lbs in the last two years. Most of it has been gained quickly so I have stretch marks all on my sides and legs now. I can't seem to motivate myself to continuously go work out or stay away from fast food. I'll last about two weeks and break down.
I've also been very stressed with school and money in general. I have also gone through depression for about a year and a half... I'm trying to figure a way out to keep myself on track and my friends don't really help much and neither does my family...

Join an online fitness program/app community! Myfitnesspal is for food tracking and has user forums for community support. Runkeeper lets you sign up for programs to get you moving gradually over several weeks. Bodybuilding.com/bodyspace app has tons of resources and programs to transform your body. It's possible! I gained 35 pounds in college and I've been able to work it off using these apps. There's also a group on here you can join called "exercise enthusiast" if you scroll all the way to the right on your tabs and click the + tab.

Don't try for too much at the same time. Start by changing one small thing and when that is a natural part of your life add another. Do things you enjoy and reward yourself. If you are like me and like to follow your progress use one of the free apps for excercise and food. Maybe start with a 10 min walk every other day and decide on a small reward when you have managed that for a specific amount of time - a week or a month. Add a fruit once a day but start with that one change. When that is normal move on with something more like exchanging one fastfood meal for something healthier every week. If you want to go to the gym - be proud of just going there and excercising for 15 min.Let it take time and be kind to yourself!

Stretch marks don't make you ugly. With or without you are beautiful :) but get up , dont think twice about it .. Go work out , it reduces stress & it'll benefit you in the end ;)
