Do you change your lifestyle during TWW?
I always debate this. When we first started trying I would stop drinking, eating anything that could be dangerous, taking hot baths, cut back on caffeine etc. Now every time the test is negative it feels that much more disappointing, I think because by making all these changes I have pregnancy on my mind more often.
Thinking of just saying screw it and living my life as normal until I get a BFP. Still going to take a prenatal vitamin every day but I miss wine and hot baths!!
