We’ve been trying for almost two years now. I was on depo for about a year and a half, and haven’t had a shot since April 2017. I know I’ve read that it can be difficult after depo, but compared to those who were on it for 5-10 years, i don’t see why it’s taking so long to regulate my system. I’ve had to take Provera to “jumpstart” my period twice since the beginning of the year, and finally had a non-induced period this past month. Has anyone ever tried the Myo-inositol to help regulate and build reproduction health?
