Letrozole and Bleeding?

I’m on cycle day 4 and only day 2 of letrozole 5mg. I’ve never taken it or any other fertility meds before so I wanted to make sure it’s normal to bleed while taking it? I have seen several posts about bleeding with it but I have seen it more along the lines of when you ovulate, not on the 2nd day. My period was over yesterday, it only last like 2.5 days and then tonight I’m bleeding more. Will call the dr tomorrow but I wanted to ask and see if anyone else had this issue. Thank you!
