Fainting for unknown reasons???

Last week it was really hot (California) and I fainted at the grocery store. Paramedics took my blood sugar and blood pressure and said everything was good. I went to the doctor afterwards and he said baby and I were both ok, it was maybe because it was a really hot day and it was stuffy in the grocery store. Today I was at work and felt light headed and had to sit down because I felt like I was about to faint again, 20 minutes later I fainted. (And again I felt because the room was really hot and stuffy). I went to the hospital and got discharged after 2 hours. Doctor said the same thing as last time, that baby and I are okay and it was maybe because it was hot. I drink a lot of water so the doctor said it’s not dehydration. Any ideas as to why this keeps happening?

Have you been checked for anemia?

Not sure. I fainted last month but it was probably bc my blood sugar had dipped. I hadn’t eaten in a while.

I've had this happen to me multiple times with my second pregnancy and now I think it's starting with my third. A cold water or ice pack to the back of the neck tends to help a lot, laying down, or a eating a snack or ice. I hope this helps, and you have a happy, safe pregnancy. :)

Doctors never seem too really look into it very much.. I’ve been passing out frequently for years. I mean like multiple times a month since I was in elementary school🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m pregnant now which has definitely made it worse. 
I wouldn’t be super concerned since it’s very common for pregnant women to faint. Have you been tested for gestational diabetes yet? I know that can cause it sometimes. Other than that I would make sure you eat and drink frequently, don’t wear super tight clothes, and maybe buy a little hand held fan..you more than likely are just over heating or standing up too long. If you start to feel “sticky” like you feel like your randomly getting sweaty, start to feel like you really have to poop, or notice your eyes are having a harder time focusing, try to find a place to lie down and elevate your feet for a minute. You may look silly (coming from someone that’s done it😂) but it’s much better than passing out and falling!

Find a doctor who will try to figure it what's wrong. If you're staying hydrated, this isn't normal.

Our bodies are going through a lot. We’re a bit more sensitive to heat and other things. I had an ear infection and I almost fainted while making food, I felt my knees give out but I fought it as hard as I could lol. I think the doctors don’t look into it much because it’s pretty common and there’s a bunch of reasons why you could be fainting.
