I left my house today❤️

Almost six weeks ago I had my first baby. It’s been such a huge adjustment and I got stuck in a rut - wake up, sit on the couch, turn on Netflix, keep baby happy. Not quite postpartum depression but possibly a bit close. My mom has been coming to keep me company a few days a week while my husband works but she can only stay so long with me.

Today I picked her up and we went to Target and got a cute new outfit for my daughter. After I went back to her house with her, my four year old nephew came over, and we all just had a good time.

It was such a simple day but a lot of fun! As a new mom, it’s so easy to get stuck and not want to do anything. But I’m so glad I forced myself to leave my house for a while!
