Pio shots

I was terrified!!! Literally, my hands were sweating 😓 I put a lidocaine cream on for about 30 minutes before and at 10 minutes prior I put an ice pack on. During the 30 minute wait time, I pull up the medication in the syringe and lay it on the heating pad to warm a little (you don’t need to heat it up, just warm it) I honestly don’t feel a thing! It’s crazy. After, my husband rubs the spot for a little bit and I apply a heating pad (this is not for pain, just to help the oil absorb in the muscle) Hope this helps 😊

Just did first shot and didn’t hurt at all!!! So relieved. Used the lidocaine and then ice pack. Only felt a slight pinch. So happy!

They hurt, but not the worst thing in the world. Helps if u warm the oil a bit. I wrap my syringe in a heating pad for maybe less than a min before. And it helps if someone can give them to you instead of you trying to inject yourself. And rotate sides. Good luck 😊
