Eating healthy
My husband and I have decided to start eating healthier, much like we used to before we moved to Japan and rice and noodles became our staple foods. When I eat healthy , even a2000 calorie diet, I lose weight. Anyone else lose weight during pregnancy just from choosing a healthier lifestyle? Of course I'm not looking to lose right now, I just want to have a healthy pregnancy and gradually gain weight. My mom gained 50 lbs with each me and my two brothers because of careless eating. I've gained 8 lbs at 15+1 and I'd like to get my weight under control. Anyone else?
