This is my second baby and with my first u had a third degree tear brought on by a vacuum assisted delivery so I expected a tear with my second. I had a second degree tear and noticed to day--3 weeks PP-- that the tear isn't fully "closed". There is the hole that is supposed to be there then it is closed and then there is a small hole a little further town going towards my butt and then it is closed again. Is this normal?! I'm nervous about it not healing correctly but also don't want to but my dr if it is a normal thing.
