When I miscarried years ago, we tried shortly after and it ended up making me bleed so much I almost passed out, I had to be rushed to the emergency room and spend the night there due to the bleeding and risk of infection. I wouldn't chance it until you're sure your body is ready

The only time people say they ttc immediately after a miscarriage is when it happens naturally and often when it's early on. Like mine was a chemical, I got a faint positive on a frer then 3 days later bled and tests were negative. If you get a d&c, it's best to wait to let your uterus heal after being scraped.
