Omg! My dream...help.

I had a dream last night that was pregnant and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. I dreamed that my water broke and my labour was only a couple of mins. I pushed and the baby was here. When the baby was born the Dr tried to give me the baby and I was like no clean him off first. He cleaned him off, wrapped him up and then gave me the baby boy. Has anyone had a has dream like this? It was so detailed. It was almost real. I'm tryna have a baby and I wonder if I could be pregnant or if it was just a dream. Help.
