Now I need IVF after being told all is normal

7 years ago(I was 26 yrs. old) as a newly wed snd no kids, I went to my OBGYN (female) and told here we wanted to ttc but that I had concerns wondering if all my reproductive system were normal or not to conceive .I have done hormones blood work testing, ultrasound, and a dye test (to make sure there isn’t any blockage in The Fallopian tube) . All seem normal with my spouse and me. When I was 32 I went back to my OBGYN whom admitted not taking me seriously when I went to her 6for three years prior. She then put on clomid month and it didn’t work. No further testing was done. I had felt discouraged already by not taking me seriously as a patient to bring with. So I gave up... Upon my monthly symptoms, excruciating pain, that would cause me to pass out, vomit, barely walk, and server bleeding my sister (whom is a nurse) with a history of endometriosis kept telling that I have all the symptoms of endometriosis, to get seen by a second opinion and/or a fertility doctor.

Upon being diagnosed anemic by my primary doctor ; she I finally went got a second opinion with a male OBGYN this past October 3028 and in a matter of one week I had an transvaginal ultrasound, and MRI, blood work & results that things weren’t as normal as I was told. I have a cyst in right ovaries, multiple fibroids on the outside of the uterus, endometriosis. I wax the referred to see a reproductive endocrinologist who did my pap (abnormal). I prolonged surgery to clean house due to school and pending trip.finally surgery date was scheduled for May 20th, I had complications two weeks prior fevers, vomiting and lie potassium level, the night before surgery I felt the urge to push. As I showered I noticed what it appeared to me a piece of meat coming out of the vagina. I freaked out!! I’m calming down I waited till morning of surgery since I had to do a pre up exam with the reproductive endocrinologist,I informed the DR. What I was experiencing, upon examination I was literally giving birth to a very very big poly that was inside the uterus. That morning the type of surgery I was originally having (remove endometriosis, fibroids, and cyst in right ovaries) was changed. I ended getting two less invasive surgeries one vaginal (to remove the polyp) and a laparoscopy to remove my right Fallopian tube due to blockage, and they detached my left Fallopian tube due to the fact it’s attached to lesions and organs. Now my only hope and only option to conceive is IVF...How effective can it be in coming out pregnant in the first try ??
