1 year together advice?

Any advice for couples hitting the one year mark? How to handle changes and growing together in a relationship? Any advice? Experience? Tips?
I’m 21 and this is my first relationship ever and people always say after a year things change I just wanna know how you guys delt with any of that.

For my boyfriend and I nothing really changes until a year and a half. We were the gross lovey Dovey type. Always all over each other and soooo in love. We still love each other still. Maybe more than we used to. But we’re both adults now. We’re maturing together. We live together now. The whole “cupcake phase” was nice but now we have a different connection.  A deeper understanding of what love is

My relationship didn’t change per day we just mellowed our how all over each other we were, we’re still intimate & our dynamic didn’t change & we’ve almost been together 3 years
