Constant deja vu

For the past 3 days ive had horribke deja vu. Its such a weird feeling lol. I feel like ima die tho, like I'm impending doom today actually. Does anyone else experience this? Is this normal?

I keep hearing my nane being called. I heard whispers of "died on bathroom floor" or "bedroom floor". So I thought to myself "what if im dying n I die on Thursday (today)" so im freaking tf out. I have really hugh anxiety as well, severe panic attacks. Im 21w pregnant as well.

Had deja vu at burger king today, my drs office and the ER visit. It felt like ive been n seen it before. So freaks me out a lot more. What do I do? Anyone else have experiences like this? In 2017 I had deja vu in states ive never in bed in before. I knew what ppl where thinking before they said anything. What's going on?
