I don’t know what to do

My boyfriend wants to have sex and kinda do too but I’m really scared like it’s going to hurt or something and my boyfriend keeps saying it won’t hurt but I don’t know he keeps cuddling me telling me i will be ok he keeps trying to touch me and I don’t know if l want him too or not he keeps kissing me and I keep moving away because I’m scared I’m scared he’s going to hurt me or something I have never had a boy touch me or anything like that he thinks he did something wrong to me that’s why I don’t want him kissing me or touching me
