Test And new ob?

What test should I be getting to help me find out why I’m not getting pregnant? I currently don’t have insurance and we have been trying for a little over a year and my OB has put me on clomid and hasn’t seemed to really care about my concerns. So should I just go to a specialist or just find a new OB? She wanted us to try for a year and then do some test. Knowing I have pcos and super irregular periods. Anyways. Can someone help with what I should do?
