4 month sleep regression

Anyone else going through it? Dying over here! I also have a 1 year old and we just moved so I’m trying to unpack and get as much done during the day as I can. Needless to say I am basically turning into a zombie!

Anyone have any tips or things that worked for you? My 1 year old was never affected by a sleep regression so this is new territory for us.

Is the Merlin sleep suit safe for babies who roll? My LO is rolling everywhere so I’m hesitant to try it.
