Elisandro (middle name) for a white/latino baby?

My family thinks it's such a weird name but we have been calling him elisandro since I found out I was pregnant. 
I am thinking maybe Anthony Elisandro. I think it goes nice together and I think it's different but not weird in my opinion. My family was like eww 😥

If you love it then do it!!! It doesn’t matter what others think. This is YOUR BABY! 
We told good friends of ours, what we will name our baby if it is a boy and they were like “what??? Nooooo.... what kind of name is that??” They have very joking personalities, but I was still very defensive and said, “well it’s not your baby! So you don’t get an opinion.” Nor were we asking for opinions....

Your family has already had their chance to name their children, it’s your turn. If you like the name, go for it. They’ll get used to it and forget they ever disliked it once they meet the baby

We are naming our daughter Jhett already receiving the “we don’t like it” but guess what they can have their own baby and name that😂 for us nobody likes our first daughters name either (Oriyan Kai) (pronounced Orion) but now they love it so I go with what I like and they can get over it

Ignore them!  I’m having a black/white mixed baby and my mom complained that the middle name we’re considering is too “black.”  I told her I’m not telling her out final name decision because of it.  My SO and I are the only two people that need to agree on a name and I don’t need anyone else’s opinions.  I would just say you settled on a name and will announce your decision after birth.

I see a lot of really weird names on here that I would personally never go for, but I really like this (if I am pronouncing it right in my head!)
I say go for it! Your family will love your baby so much that they will get over their hangups about his name in no time.
