Missed ovulation??

So I've been taking OPKs twice a day for the last week to make sure I knew when I was ovulating. I take one in the morning and one at night, I also work 2 jobs, have a home, have 3 kids and a husband so I'm busy. But we've been ttc for about 6 months. I had a test that I thought was positive but it never got any darker that day, by the next morning the test line started to get lighter. Did I just miss my surge? We BD every other night and have been using preseed this week (my fertile week) to try to up our chances. Usually I can catch my positive opk. I've attached a picture of the test I thought was almost positive, this was on June 17, we BDed on June 17 and June 19 both time with preseed.
