ACV and BC

Is it safe to do ACV while in BC? I just switched brands of BC - but I started the ACV last weekend. I’ve been having nausea and my breasts have just become swollen and tender. When I have sex with my fiancé we also wear a condom for protection. Haven’t missed a pill. Yes, I took a pregnancy test and it’s negative. I’m very much so an over thinker. I just read that apple cider vinegar can cause an upset stomach...which makes sense.

FYI - switched from an estrogen free BC to a combined BC.
