Double strollers / sit and stands

Hi all! I noticed there’s quite a few of us expecting early next year. My son will be 2 months away from his 4th bday when we have his sibling. I’m really debating on a double stroller or sit and stand, or nothing at all.

He RARELY uses the stroller anymore, but when he does, it’s because I am going somewhere that I cannot have him running around. I imagine needing it for those instances, and not wanting to have 2 of them. Then again, if I rarely use the stroller I have NOW... how will it be when he’s even older? Will it be a big clunky waste of money?
