This is day two of having severe cramps. I have been on my period for about 4 days now. I have always had severe periods until I was but on the shot. I am off the shot due to being on it for the length of time a person can be on it. So this is my first in a while due to being on the shot. Yesterday at work I went to get up and I felt let I was about to pass out. I told one of my students to go get a teacher and they did (which was good). But today I have been taking Ibuprofen and Tylenol and using a heating pad when I can but nothing is working to make those cramps go away! Is there anything I can do to make the cramps go away? And second question how long do you have to be off the shot to get back on it?! I miss not having a period. 🤣 I am on the pill for my periods. Please Help! 😭
