anyone experience this?
i experience horrible lower back cramps usually the day I get my period, it’s due today and i experiences bloating and back cramps but only got the slightest of brown discharge possible. it’s only 10:30 Pm rn so I think I’ll wait until tomorrow morning but is this considered normal? usually when my period comes it’s heavy red and it’s noticed quickly but today it was different for me.
