Psoriasis and ttc??

So my husband and I have been ttc for a while. He has psoriasis and it's getting bad again. He wants to go on meds again and I'm scared we will never get a bfp. So my question is has anyone got a bfp while husband was on meds for psoriasis??(he says nothing ever worked for him except the methotrexate and Humera not sure if I spelled them right)
