I need some help

So I am now 11 days late on my period, my periods are always on time. I took a test two days ago and got negative. Than I took on yesterday and got negative again? I'm so confused I've also had light/mild cramping for the last 3 weeks and I never cramp. Someone got any idea what's going on!
