So Confused!

So This Is Last Months Period Compared To This Months Period so long story short i took my iud out in the middle of april (had it for 3 years copper iud) while on my period since then everything seem normal including my period at the time and last month everything normal so not sure if iam pregnant or not took 2 test both say negative took another 2 days ago but when i held it to the light i could of sworn i seen a faint line maybe line eyes im just stressing tf out and needed to vent because im worrying if iam pregnant or not im under a whole amount of stress due to me working on the weekends and going to school 5 days a week for 8 hrs!! could this be throwing off my period if it still a negative test , im sure it would😩😕🥺🥺

btw : me and hubby really want a bfp!
