Probably TMI!

So, long story short,

My boyfriend finished in me last month during my placebo week of birth control (the day before I started my period). I’ve been on birth control for 5 years. Never missed one and take it correctly. I always start my period on Thursday mornings and it ends Sunday. It’s been this way for about a year and a half now. But this month, it hasn’t really started. I still have the tender breasts, sore lower back, and cramping, but no period. It’s Friday. Right now, I’m having very light spotting but no actual period. I’m really worried and confused. Any ideas on what could be happening?
