Help could I have been pregnant?

I had what I thought was a light spotting period about two weeks ago and light cramping but was late for my normal time however also around that time i started the mini pill which is not normal for my periods then this week I started spotting with horrible pains that no medicine could take away and started bleeding more and more and today had this. Could this have been a miscarriage?

I would take a test. The hcg should still be in your system for at least a week. If it's positive then I would get checked out.

You say mini pill so if you were recently pregnant keep in mind your cycles will likely be wonky for several months to a year or so after birth while your hormones regulate. Breastfeeding may make that time frame longer.

Take a pregnancy test, if it’s negative you’ll know it’s just a heavy period.  I’ve had heavy period that look just like this, so it’s definitely possible.

I always get clots like that every AF. If you are worried I’d call the doctor to check for sure.
